One of Milan’s most awarded eateries, Sadler has a reputation for foodie grandeur cast within a new dining room that’s the second home for this restaurant since opening. An architectural space of interconnecting dining rooms features architectural partitions that allows certain areas of the restaurant to have a bit more privacy, if even, exclusivity. Walls are emblazoned with mythological inspired floral-scenes that lead to another space featuring wood-paneled walls and elegant wine bar.
Chef Claudio Sadler offers a prix fixe or ala carte menu that begins with seasonal-presentation of crudo, pan-fried truffles stuffed with black truffle or goose liver terrine with nuts and raisins. Pasta course wows with unique squid and mango risotto, Abruzzi gnocchi with shrimp sauce or cardoon-filled ravioli with truffle sauce. Main course includes Tuscan style grilled swordfish, turbot baked in salt or slow-cooked veal cheek with celery puree.
