Evi Evane is a family business run by the sisters Nikolaou, which shared a dream to open their own restaurant to pay tribute to the Greek Gastronomy. In 2005 their wish finally became true. Dina Nikolaou fell in love with Paris and decided to open a restaurant in the city to help parisians get familiar with the real Greek Gastronomy.
