The Property is situated at the entrance of Vathi Bay. This Bay is the main harbor and town of Ithaca. The property is a one-of-a-kind Peninsula with views encompassing the Southern part of the island.
In the distance the mountain of Kathara with its famous monastery is in clear sight. Turning to the North and North-East, you will see the island of Lefkada. Beyond, lay the smaller Ionian Islands nestled lazily at the base of the Southern Epirus Mountains.
The property’s land is covered with rich vegetation composed of the wild species encountered in the Ionian region. As you continue to experience this unique Peninsula, you will encounter fields of lavender, olive groves, and a quaint private vineyard.
