La Imprenta Grand Café Restaurant exceeds what you have previously experienced. It stands proudly at the heart of Ibiza town defying passersby not to enter and be pleasantly surprised. The majestic establishment, which was carefully selected by Amaribiza Group to house this superlative restaurant, used to harbour the press of ‘El Diario de Ibiza’, the local newspaper. The building the restaurant occupies dates back to 1898. It echoes historical eras.

A fully-refurbished Neoclassical palace from the 18th Century which has been exquisitely decorated by Cristian Jesús Grossi, Ricardo Jorge Coelho y José Luis Bousono Rodríguez. Not unexpectedly, it is a promising venue which will not fail to impress first-time visitors.
