Alabastro Lounge, in the hotel lobby, offers a varied menu to enjoy outdoor by the pool or indoors, with healthy dishes made with ingredients from the island including snacks, carpaccios, salads or fresh fish. At night, it has a more elaborate menu with delicious Mediterranean-inspired dishes which the chef, Aitor Monteagud, blends perfectly with the Ibizan cuisine.
